Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA certification required.
- 12+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
- Significant tenure in technology, software, SaaS, and/or HaaS environments.
- Demonstrated track record of leading accounting functions in high-growth, venture- or PE-backed environments.
- Deep expertise in revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
- Proven experience managing multi-entity consolidations and multi-currency accounting operations.
- Working knowledge of international tax compliance, transfer pricing, and VAT/GST obligations.
- Experience selecting, implementing, and integrating ERP and accounting systems at scale.
- Strong leadership skills to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills for executive and board-level reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the full accounting function including process innovation and internal controls implementation.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting under GAAP and manage annual audit processes.
- Enforce revenue recognition policies according to ASC 606 for SaaS/HaaS models.
- Oversee accounting operations, intercompany transactions, and consolidations across multiple legal entities.
- Partner with the CFO on strategic financial planning, scenario modeling, and investor reporting.
- Manage international finance, including multi-currency operations, transfer pricing, and foreign tax compliance.
- Direct treasury, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
- Drive the evaluation and implementation of scalable ERP and accounting systems.
