Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, treasury, financial reporting, general accounting, or billing/revenue/collections.
- Young professionals or recent graduates with excellent academic records are welcome to apply.
- Basic working knowledge of local or international accounting principles, standards, and tax regulations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with accounting software (Oracle NetSuite preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work and deliver results independently within a small team.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Can-do attitude and passion for high performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated or flexible support across order to cash, procure to pay, or record to report finance teams.
- Manage billing, collection forecasting, and invoice application for Accounts Receivable.
- Support accounts payable by posting invoices, generating aging reports, and preparing payment proposals.
- Conduct daily cash flow reporting, cash flow planning, and assist with bank reconciliations.
- Handle fixed asset management, general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Assist with taxation, statutory payments, and internal audit controls.
- Build relationships across departments to ensure the provision and acquisition of accurate financial data.
