Requirements

Master's degree in a relevant field.
Active New Jersey State licensure (LSW or LAC).
Commitment to supervision required by applicable laws for LSWs.
Desire to expand clinical and business skill sets.
Adaptability to new systems and software platforms.
Commitment to ongoing self-awareness and self-care.
Community-oriented with a passion for collaboration.
Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy sessions.
Assess clients’ needs, build trust, and explore feelings, attitudes, and behaviors.
Develop strategies for coping with issues and making positive changes.
Evaluate therapy outcomes via intake notes, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Participate in supervision to reflect on sessions, including transference/countertransference.
Maintain a minimum of 30 units per month.
Network within and outside the organization to maintain client base.
