Requirements
- 4+ years of backend development experience.
- Deep proficiency in Golang and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
- Skilled in API development and integration patterns.
- Proficient in Git/GitHub workflows.
- Practical experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, etc.).
- Advocate for secure, performant, and maintainable software.
- Effective communicator for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and optimize backend services using Golang and Node.js.
- Design, build, and maintain REST APIs for seamless integrations.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases for efficient data modeling.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and Marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Apply AWS best practices for deployments, security, and cost optimization.
- Participate in Agile/SCRUM sprint planning and reviews.
- Identify and address technical debt to ensure system stability.
