Requirements
- Significant experience running platform engineering, SRE, or combined functions at the scale of hundreds of engineers.
- Proven experience in regulated high-stakes environments, preferably fintech or payments.
- Deep understanding of the DORA framework and experience balancing delivery velocity with stability.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, agentic platforms).
- Experience building or evaluating in-house AI coding capabilities, context systems, and agentic patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change, including platform migrations or new reliability standards.
- Strong technical leadership capability, able to communicate effectively with both Principal engineers and executives.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Own the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), including service templates, CI/CD pipelines, and automated rollback mechanisms.
- Manage SRE and production excellence, including observability, incident management, and error budgets.
- Lead the evolution and integration of AI-assisted engineering (dCoder) into the developer workflow.
- Define and enforce architectural consistency and standards across the engineering organization.
- Drive organizational adoption of platform initiatives through enablement, internal communications, and migration planning.
- Report on and optimize for DORA metrics, including deployment frequency, change failure rate, and time to restore.
