Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating design expertise, typography, and versatility.
- Extensive practical knowledge of print design, layout, web design, and digital development.
- Strong understanding of branding principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of generative AI design tools.
- Expert-level PowerPoint and Keynote skills, including template use.
- Experience collaborating within larger creative organizations.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work occasional irregular hours, evenings, or weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Independently conceptualize and produce high-quality designs across digital, print, large-format, and video media.
- Develop event branding, identity systems, and logo development in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Execute speaker presentations from concepts to detailed PowerPoint and Keynote designs.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to establish visual direction and fulfill project requirements.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet critical deadlines.
- Organize and manage shared creative assets to ensure file integrity and team accessibility.
- Communicate project progress and design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
