Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Engineer, delivering production-grade, customer-facing applications.
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience creating reusable component libraries and scalable design systems, ideally with Storybook.
- Strong experience developing data-rich interfaces, including dashboards, interactive tables, charts, analytics tools, and complex visualizations.
- Excellent product and design instincts with the ability to contribute to UX and interaction design decisions.
- Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture, component-driven development, performance, and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical decisions and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and delivering value incrementally.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Partner closely with product designers to refine user experiences and contribute recommendations beyond design specifications.
- Build, document, and maintain reusable UI components and scalable design systems using Storybook.
- Develop sophisticated dashboards, interactive data tables, charts, and financial or analytics visualization experiences.
- Establish front-end patterns and technical approaches that support maintainability, scalability, and incremental delivery.
- Communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and optimization opportunities clearly throughout the development lifecycle.
- Break down complex requirements into practical technical solutions and deliver customer-facing functionality efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in front-end architecture and development practices.
