Requirements

Active Kansas license as an LCMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
Previous clinical counseling or psychotherapy experience
Experience with treatment planning and clinical documentation
Ability to manage a scheduled caseload independently

Responsibilities

Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealth
Complete intakes and clinical assessments
Develop treatment goals and update plans as needed
Use appropriate therapeutic techniques based on client needs
Discuss progress and adjust treatment when appropriate
Complete session notes and other required documentation
Make referrals when a client needs additional services
Follow applicable clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards
