Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience, preferably working with custom web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET and the .NET development ecosystem.
- Good working knowledge of MS-SQL, including database profiling, query analysis, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developing and maintaining web-based applications.
- Experience participating in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Strong debugging and code-refactoring skills, with an ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Creative and efficient problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when reporting progress, technical challenges, recommendations, and delivery timelines.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple development and support priorities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis and translate business and technical needs into effective software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define software architecture, technical designs, and development approaches.
- Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable web applications using .NET and ASP.NET technologies.
- Write, test, debug, refactor, and optimize application code throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while ensuring consistency and compatibility across applications.
- Work with MS-SQL databases, including profiling queries and optimizing database performance.
- Lead application development activities from concept and implementation through deployment, post-launch support, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing software, application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Test and deploy applications and systems while investigating and resolving defects or technical issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the SDLC.
- Provide technical support and act as a subject-matter resource for assigned applications.
- Communicate project progress, technical challenges, evaluations, recommendations, schedules, and process-related issues clearly to relevant stakeholders.
