Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS) or ERP platforms in higher education environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Student preferred.
  • Experience with comparable SIS platforms such as Ellucian Banner, Anthology Student, Jenzabar, Thesis Elements, or Thesis SM.
  • Strong understanding of student lifecycle processes including admissions, enrollment, records management, financial aid, and academic planning.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, testing cycles, and production support activities.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools, data management, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Student solutions within higher education environments.
  • Collaborate with academic, registrar, admissions, finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Configure and maintain student-related business processes including admissions, enrollment, academic records, curriculum management, student finance, and graduation tracking.
  • Analyze existing SIS workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Support data migration, system integrations, testing activities, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues related to the student lifecycle and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support institutional decision-making and compliance requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, integrations, workflows, and user procedures.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end users, administrators, and stakeholders across the institution.
