Requirements
- 6+ years in product management.
- 2+ years experience leading PMs or owning a platform domain as its senior product voice.
- Experience shipping production payments, specifically provider integration, orchestration/routing, authentication flows, settlement, chargebacks, and fraud controls.
- Depth in identity or marketing technology.
- Proven ability to consolidate duplicated capabilities and set adoptable standards.
- Technical fluency to understand architecture and read API contracts.
- Proficiency in SQL and metric-driven feature definition.
- Ability to influence without authority across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with AI-assisted working.
- Nice to have: Experience with payments in Iraq, MENA, or emerging markets (local rails, cash-heavy behavior, telecom billing, wallets).
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap across payments (orchestration, rail integrations, authorization rates, retries and routing, refunds, disputes, reconciliation), identity, and marketing technology.
- Run the payment funnel as numbers, managing authorization rates, failure taxonomy, cost per transaction, and fraud metrics.
- Manage the migration of company-owned identity from near zero to the majority of monthly active users.
- Support vertical squads as internal customers by providing contracts, documentation, and self-serve capabilities.
- Align engineering, security, fraud, finance, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth platform releases.
- Lead 3 to 6 product managers and improve their output standards.
- Design PCI scope, personal data handling, and consent into product architectures.
