Requirements
- Multiple years of deep, hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or Jax.
- Proven track record of training large models on large datasets using large-scale, multi-GPU environments.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, specifically in Python.
- Ability to build robust, maintainable testing infrastructure.
- Exceptional ability to learn new technologies and complex codebases at a fast pace.
Responsibilities
- Write end-to-end tests for Reinforcement Learning (RL) frameworks to verify reward functions and detect numerical instabilities.
- Implement algorithmic improvements from research papers in PyTorch or Jax.
- Develop extensive test suites to evaluate the ability of AI agents to reimplement research algorithms.
- Build automation tooling to accelerate the creation of new machine learning tasks and testing pipelines.
