Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master of Science and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, data, analytics, or consulting.
- Minimum 5+ years of domain expertise in reference data, master data, metadata management, and data governance.
- Strong understanding of semantic data products, business definitions, data quality, and AI-ready data consumption patterns.
- Proven ability to define product vision, roadmap, and value measures in a complex matrixed environment.
- Experience partnering with data enablement, platform, technology, and operations teams to scale data products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to senior leaders.
- Strong capability to bridge technical requirements with business needs.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle management for Reference Data, Master Data, Metadata, and Standards.
- Define products by embedding business meaning, semantic definitions, reusable measures, standards, metadata, and lineage into product design.
- Translate data strategy into executable plans and align on delivery priorities with the Data Enablement Organization.
- Partner across business, analytics, and technology teams to prioritize high-value capabilities and reduce duplication.
- Drive product adoption, performance management, and issue prioritization based on stakeholder feedback.
- Establish product standards, governance routines, intake processes, and value measures to ensure compliance and scalability.
