Requirements
- Approximately 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software systems.
- Deep proficiency in backend development, specifically Python/FastAPI (preferred), or Node.js/TypeScript, C#/.Net, or Java/Spring.
- Extensive experience with frontend technologies, specifically React.js.
- Solid understanding of the entire engineering stack from database and servers to UI.
- Proven experience building human-centered user experiences.
- Ability to write self-documenting, modular, testable, and performant code.
- Strong background working cross-functionally with managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Experience performing within startup or high-iteration environments.
- Bonus: Previous experience in the logistics industry.
- Bonus: Familiarity with React Native, GraphQL, DevOps, CI/CD, or ML/LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Ship clean, empathetic, and efficient code while quickly addressing and resolving bugs.
- Contribute to product planning, design, and architecture by working cross-functionally.
- Take ownership of task execution and project delivery without needing constant guidance.
- Participate in peer learning, teaching, and providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Challenge existing assumptions and solve problems at the root for product feature development.
