Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master of Science or MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in pharma, healthcare, tech, data analytics, vendor operations, data engineering coordination, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of data quality, data pipelines, issue tracking, SLA management, and metadata processes.
- Experience coordinating technical onboarding, data ingestion readiness, and operational handoffs.
- Proven ability to manage centralized trackers, operational dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for business leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage ambiguity.
- Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and/or international).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day coordination point across business stakeholders, brands, functions, and technical teams.
- Support smooth technical onboarding, ensuring alignment on data formats, metadata, and delivery requirements.
- Monitor data ingestion and pipeline performance post-go-live to ensure data flows correctly.
- Maintain a centralized data issue tracker to ensure visibility, ownership, and resolution.
- Coordinate timely data quality issue resolution across data partners and internal teams.
- Track SLA adherence and delivery performance while proactively flagging risks and gaps.
- Maintain documentation, metadata, data asset inventory inputs, and operational insights.
