Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills, specifically the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence decision-making at the leadership level.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
- Experience working in a hands-on, execution-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Define the right business problems by understanding the underlying question and intended decision.
- Define key metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface actionable insights.
- Drive outcomes by making recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Influence stakeholders by explaining complex findings clearly and persuasively.
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business area including growth, product, AI/automation, or strategic partnerships.
