Requirements
- Professional experience in pre- or post-sales technical roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Customer Success Engineer).
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products at scale.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript) to build PoCs or prototype APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex tasks independently.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills and the ability to explain complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Proactive initiative in identifying opportunities for technical and process improvement.
- Experience with AI development is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end solutions, from requirements gathering to platform design, customization, integration, testing, and training.
- Act as a technical consultant during discovery calls, documenting intricate requirements and guiding solution design.
- Present APIs and platform architecture, providing detailed guidance on implementation and potential challenges.
- Develop and maintain high-quality resources such as API documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides.
- Cultivate relationships with technical stakeholders and provide expert-level integration support.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with the product roadmap.
