Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of QA Automation experience.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript preferred), Selenium, WebdriverIO, TestRigor, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Git, and GitLab.
- Experience testing Salesforce applications and end-to-end Salesforce business processes.
- Experience testing Salesforce capabilities including declarative automation, Apex, LWC, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience building automated functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, API, and smoke testing.
- Experience evaluating and implementing AI-assisted testing tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing testing activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and test suites.
- Build automated functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, API, and smoke tests.
- Develop reusable test components, utilities, and automation accelerators to improve efficiency.
- Evaluate and optimize modern test automation tools and quality engineering practices.
- Develop and execute automated testing across Salesforce applications, web applications, APIs, and integrations.
- Partner with developers and architects to translate technical requirements into automated test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects while applying strong root-cause analysis.
- Evaluate and implement AI-assisted testing capabilities to improve coverage and productivity.
- Manage testing activities across multiple projects and implementations simultaneously.
