Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, including at least one product owned from definition through to live use.
- Working knowledge of healthcare software, specifically in clinical, diagnostic, or patient-facing settings.
- Demonstrated ability to learn regulated, high-stakes domains quickly.
- Sound judgment regarding software claim validation and clinical evidence.
- Ability to collaborate precisely with clinical, scientific, and regulatory experts.
- Strong product discipline regarding prioritization and shipping decisions.
- Understanding of healthcare workflow economics and clinical time constraints.
- Experience with design controls, risk management, or human factors is a major plus.
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7 v2, or EHR integrations (e.g., Epic) is highly recommended.
Responsibilities
- Define clinical decision support features for Face2Gene, including report credibility and clinician review workflows.
- Manage the Family Health Checker parent experience, ensuring clear results, user safety, and effective escalation messaging.
- Oversee integration and deployment strategies, including EHR interoperability and clinical workflow design.
- Define evidence standards and performance metrics for clinical product claims.
- Represent the product in clinical, regulatory, and usability testing environments.
- Engage with clinical advisory boards and design partners to inform product strategy.
- Translate clinical and scientific inquiries into actionable product requirements and decisions.
