Requirements
- 2-7 years of software engineering experience shipping full-stack product features.
- Experience working across the stack (frontend and backend).
- Track record of taking vague, underspecified problems and shipping real software.
- Genuine empathy for users and their goals.
- Working fluency with LLM-based systems, including prompting and non-determinism.
- Strong product judgment and ability to reason about tradeoffs.
- Comfort using design systems to make UX calls independently.
- Experience using AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
- Bias toward shipping and high agency.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of product features from ambiguous problem statements to shipped, working software.
- Partner directly with Product and Design to help define what should be built.
- Use design systems to make independent UX and interaction decisions.
- Build product surfaces such as web app flows, dashboards, and in-product controls.
- Integrate LLM-based features and agent outputs into product flows.
- Talk to users directly to inform design and prioritization decisions.
- Ship, instrument, and iterate based on real usage.
- Collaborate with AI-focused engineers on model or agent tuning.
- Manage interaction design, edge cases, and error states.
