Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, a related field, or foreign degree equivalent.
- Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience as a Software Quality/Test Analyst/Engineer or related occupation.
- Experience using software quality assurance and test automation processes.
- Proficiency with SQL Server.
- Experience with SOAP UI.
- Experience with Maven.
- Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
- Ability to diagnose and report software defects clearly.
- Experience working closely with DevOps teams to establish testing standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts and tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test suites.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data to support manual and automated testing efforts.
- Execute both manual and automated tests, documenting results and identifying defects.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage by mapping test cases to functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead and mentor team members, including contractors and junior staff, in QA and automation best practices.
