Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or communications.
- Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role in a B2B setting.
- Proficient using HubSpot (certifications are a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation (email copy, blog posts, etc.).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (segmentation, personalization, A/B testing).
- Expertise in email marketing automation tools and workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset that thrives on data-driven marketing strategies.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High-performance mindset and a drive to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute email marketing campaigns using the full suite of HubSpot functionalities.
- Set up automations through HubSpot to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Develop and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads, engage subscribers, and drive conversions.
- Craft compelling copy for email campaigns, blog posts, and other sales materials.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign metrics, measuring success against KPIs.
- Enhance and communicate email marketing best practices across the organization.
- Support the Business Development team with launching new email campaigns.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- Create and maintain the e-mail marketing calendar.
