- Strong portfolio demonstrating depth and breadth of digital design, web, and user experience.
- 4 - 6 years of experience at a leading digital agency.
- Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to communicate and articulate complex digital projects to a variety of audiences.
- Strong understanding of current design trends and best practices.
- Player/coach mentality with openness to diverse viewpoints.
- Passion for design practice and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Create elevated, high-fidelity web design concepts for brands across B2B/B2C technology and eCommerce/retail industries.
- Push the boundaries of UI/UX, Illustration, and Motion Design.
- Execute visual concepts with a design-driven and strategy-led approach.
- Visualize how to bring static designs to life with motion and animations.
- Lead discussions and presentations to convey the strategy behind design decisions.
- Build strong client relationships as a creative problem solver.
- Partner effectively with internal and external cross-discipline teams.
