Requirements
- Solid experience in IT infrastructure, corporate IT, or endpoint engineering in distributed environments.
- Hands-on experience managing macOS fleets with Jamf.
- Device management experience in Windows environments.
- Practical knowledge of cloud environments (GCP and Azure) including IAM and cost management.
- Strong information security fundamentals applied to day-to-day operations.
- Automation mindset with scripting experience (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
- Comfort working with system APIs.
- Ability to lead initiatives from start to finish and suggest improvements.
- Organized with methodical documentation habits.
- Fluent English for daily work with international teams.
- Experience in consulting or professional services supporting client security requirements (preferred).
- Familiarity with LGPD, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage device fleet across the region including provisioning, configuration, compliance, and lifecycle for macOS (Jamf) and Windows environments.
- Administer identity and collaboration platforms like Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID including SSO, MFA, and access policies.
- Operate and evolve GCP and Azure cloud infrastructure, focusing on IAM, monitoring, and FinOps.
- Apply and strengthen security controls such as endpoint hardening, encryption, patch management, and incident support.
- Automate recurring operations through scripting and system APIs to replace manual processes.
- Manage the SaaS portfolio, licensing, and vendor relationships while optimizing costs.
- Review and improve existing tools and configurations to simplify operations and reduce risk.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and maintain IT documentation and standards.
