Requirements

Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Hawaii
Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
Experience in mental health counseling or therapy
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Comfortable working fully remote

Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
Complete initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to understand client needs
Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
Support clients with emotional, behavioral, relationship, and life challenges
Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and records
Use appropriate therapeutic approaches within your scope of practice
