Requirements

Active Louisiana license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) in good standing
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field
Experience delivering psychotherapy in an outpatient setting
Comfort with telehealth technology and electronic documentation
Reliable internet connection and private home office setup

Responsibilities

Conduct individual therapy appointments through a secure telehealth platform
Complete intake evaluations and assess clients’ clinical needs
Establish treatment goals and develop appropriate care plans
Monitor symptoms, progress, and response to treatment over time
Update treatment approaches when client needs or circumstances change
Maintain timely and accurate notes in the electronic health record
