Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Travel Agent.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Sabre GDS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client travel policies and provide consistent consultation.
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary travel regulations including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.
- Provide clients with industry information, including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
- Review operational processes and commercial relationships to suggest improvements.
- Maintain and expand current knowledge of the various travel industries supported.
