Requirements
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent independent license.
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
- Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype).
- Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of 30 potential bookable calendar spots per week.
- Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
- Telehealth therapy experience in a virtual environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video.
- Maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance client learnings and monitor outcomes.
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to diverse backgrounds.
- Attend one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews and participate in ongoing training.
- Manage clinical risk and respond to crises as needed.
