Requirements
- Hold an unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent clinical license.
- Ability to practice independently without supervision.
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
- Experience managing clinical risk and responding to crises.
- Proficiency with computer and live video conferencing tools.
- Commitment to maintaining a full clinical caseload of approximately 30 spots per week.
- Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Must be a full-time resident of the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video for a diverse caseload.
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance client learning.
- Monitor clinical outcomes between sessions.
- Deliver culturally responsive care to meet unique client needs.
- Attend individual and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews.
- Maintain a full clinical caseload of approximately 30 potential bookable spots per week.
