Requirements
- Minimum of 5–7+ years of experience in business process, process optimization, or consulting roles.
- Proven experience analyzing, redesigning, and implementing business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Strong experience with process mapping and workflow tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
- Exceptional Microsoft PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
- Experience identifying automation opportunities and supporting implementation.
- Strong consultative leadership experience leading business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to assess current-state and define future-state processes.
- Experience developing executive-level business cases, roadmaps, and status presentations.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to translate process opportunities into business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Design, map, analyze, and implement optimized business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
- Lead process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation and stakeholder adoption.
- Identify opportunities for process automation to reduce cycle time and manual effort.
- Partner with business stakeholders to document current-state and define future-state solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder working sessions to gather requirements and drive alignment.
- Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations communicating findings, recommendations, and business impacts.
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
