Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems with 5-7 years of relevant experience, or 7-10 years of experience if no degree.
- Proven experience solving complex problems and owning workstreams.
- Demonstrated success creating and implementing SOPs for warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in SAP WM/EWM for operational design and process standardization.
- Advanced analytical and problem-framing capabilities.
- Strong facilitation and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex end-to-end assessments of warehouse processes and workflows using SAP WM/EWM.
- Collaborate with supply chain staff and management to identify operational bottlenecks and requirements.
- Develop actionable improvement roadmaps and current/future-state process maps.
- Author and govern high-quality, error-proof SOPs aligned with industry best practices.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across varying levels of the organization.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics through regular reviews and audits.
- Mentor junior consultants and assist in creating training materials.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
