Requirements

Active Washington mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW)
Master’s degree in a mental health field
Clinical experience delivering therapy services
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong attention to documentation and compliance

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions through secure video platforms
Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs
Develop personalized treatment goals and update them as care progresses
Evaluate client response to therapy and make appropriate clinical adjustments
Complete progress notes and other required documentation accurately and on time
Communicate with clinical team members when coordination of care is needed
Follow confidentiality, ethical, safety, and Washington licensing requirements
