Requirements
- 8+ years of NetSuite Functional Consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in Services/SRP implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Project Management, Project Accounting, and Resource Planning.
- Expertise in Time & Expense Management, Project Billing, and Subscription Billing.
- Extensive knowledge of Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and Revenue Recognition.
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of professional services business processes and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience mentoring consulting teams and managing project delivery.
- Experience working with PSA tools and professional services organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite Services/SRP implementations for professional services organizations.
- Conduct discovery workshops to translate client business processes into scalable NetSuite solutions.
- Configure and implement modules including Project Accounting, Resource Management, Billing, and Advanced Revenue Management.
- Advise clients on best practices for professional services operations and revenue management.
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide onshore and offshore consulting teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, and reporting.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal development.
