Requirements
- 8+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experience with product-based organizations.
- Strong expertise in Retail, Wholesale Distribution, and Manufacturing business processes.
- Hands-on experience implementing Inventory Management, Order Management, and Purchasing.
- Hands-on experience with Manufacturing (WIP & Routing), Bill of Materials (BOM), and Warehouse Management (WMS).
- Experience with Demand Planning, Multi-location Inventory, Pick/Pack/Ship, and Barcode/RF Scanning.
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring consulting teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to conduct business process workshops and recommend best-practice NetSuite solutions.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is preferred.
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and integrations is a plus.
- Consulting or professional services background.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for Retail, Manufacturing, and Wholesale Distribution clients.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
- Configure and implement NetSuite modules related to inventory, order management, procurement, and manufacturing.
- Serve as the primary functional consultant and trusted advisor for client engagements.
- Mentor and guide onshore and offshore consulting teams throughout project delivery.
- Review solution designs and ensure adherence to implementation best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, discovery workshops, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and third-party applications.
- Drive successful project delivery while ensuring client satisfaction and business value.
