- 0–2 years of experience in fashion, luxury retail, authentication, research, merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, handbags, and craftsmanship.
- Excellent attention to detail and natural curiosity about product manufacturing.
- Clear written communication skills with ability to organize information thoughtfully.
- Comfort working with images, structured documents, and basic data tools like spreadsheets.
- Openness to feedback, growth mindset, and strong sense of accountability.
- Formal authentication experience is considered a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and expansion of Entrupy’s knowledge systems by organizing product information, tagging visual datasets, and updating reference materials.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation that supports authentication workflows, including product guides and reference materials.
- Conduct research on luxury brands, collections, materials, and construction techniques to support accurate authentication.
- Monitor fashion trends, new product releases, and market changes to help keep knowledge assets current.
- Contribute to training and onboarding materials used by the authentication team.
- Perform quality checks on existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with senior Knowledge Analysts and cross-functional partners to learn how knowledge supports product and engineering workflows.
