Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and operating production software systems.
- Proven production experience designing and operating RAG systems and LLM-based agentic workflows.
- Strong Python development expertise including OOP, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Experience with backend frameworks like Flask, Django REST, or FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, etc.) or GCP.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or AWS Bedrock).
- Ability to communicate and defend technical architecture and trade-off decisions.
- Experience with software testing practices (pytest, mocking, integration testing).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation techniques and AI quality assurance.
- B2+ English proficiency for effective collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Embed directly with client teams to understand operational processes and requirements.
- Develop production-grade Python backend services and APIs using Flask, Django REST, or FastAPI.
- Design, build, and deploy RAG systems and agentic AI solutions.
- Lead system architecture decisions, evaluating trade-offs for microservices, event-driven architectures, and databases.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients to present architecture and manage technical expectations.
- Support presales activities including scoping, cost estimation, and technical proposals.
- Mentor engineers and define reusable implementation patterns and engineering standards.
- Ensure AI/ML systems are reliable, secure, and maintainable post-deployment.
