Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Expert in IT-focused projects and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements engineering.
- Experience working with Customer Master Data Management and/or Data Quality Management processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with development and architecture teams.
- Experience creating and managing user stories, business processes, and use cases.
- Hands-on experience in test preparation, test execution, and defect management.
- Knowledge of API testing tools and methodologies (REST, Bruno, REST Assured, or similar).
- Understanding of modern software architectures, particularly microservices-based environments.
- Practical experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (C1 level).
- Practical experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI solutions in business analysis or software development environments.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and transform them into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams to design effective solutions.
- Support projects related to Customer Master Data Management and Data Quality Management.
- Create and manage user stories, use cases, process flows, and business documentation.
- Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
- Define, review, and validate business processes and project deliverables.
- Design and execute test scenarios, coordinate acceptance testing, and support defect management activities.
- Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution delivery.
- Support the implementation of modern software solutions based on microservices architectures.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
