Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in ML engineering and production model deployment.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on clean architecture in Python.
- Hands-on expertise with LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG systems.
- Experience designing agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or DSPy.
- Solid foundations in ML frameworks including PyTorch, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in model optimization techniques: fine-tuning, quantization, and LoRA.
- Experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD for models, and monitoring/observability tools.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and client teams.
- B2 fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Build and integrate ML/LLM pipelines, agents, and orchestrators.
- Optimize model performance including latency, cost, and scalability.
- Implement end-to-end AI systems from data preparation and fine-tuning to deployment.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and MLOps to deliver production-grade applications.
- Design and implement clean, cloud-native architectures in the Python ecosystem.
- Deploy and monitor models using CI/CD, logging, and observability tools.
