Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
- Strong, hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET / .NET.
- Solid experience working with SQL Server and relational databases.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating 3rd party services.
- Practical experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Good working knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm.
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Jenkins or GitLab.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code and modern deployment strategies.
- Practical experience integrating AI technologies into development workflows.
- Experience working with production systems focusing on scalability, reliability and security.
- Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2+ level).
- Fluent Polish communication skills (minimum B2+ level).
- Senior-level autonomy, ownership and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable applications and services using C# and .NET / ASP.NET.
- Build clean, maintainable and production-ready code following modern software engineering practices.
- Work with SQL Server and integrate applications with databases and external services.
- Design and implement integrations with 3rd party services and APIs.
- Collaborate closely with other developers, DevOps engineers and stakeholders to deliver features from development through to production.
- Contribute to and improve CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test and deployment processes.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm to support containerized applications and production deployments.
- Help improve application reliability, observability, security and performance.
- Explore and implement practical AI integrations, including AI services or agents.
- Take ownership of technical solutions and contribute to architectural and engineering decisions.
