Requirements
- 10+ years in data strategy, governance, architecture, or analytics consulting with enterprise clients.
- 4+ years in the AWS data and analytics landscape.
- Proven ability to align data strategy with business outcomes.
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to diagnose, scope, and structure solutions to ambiguous challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging technical and executive conversations.
- Expert facilitator for workshops and strategy sessions with storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS-native stacks.
- Experience with AI/ML strategy and hands-on use of enterprise AI platforms like Amazon Bedrock or SageMaker.
- Expertise in data governance frameworks, quality management, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer and AWS meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead outcome-focused strategic planning engagements from discovery through executive readout.
- Facilitate alignment across executive sponsors and business consumers using strategy frameworks.
- Develop TCO/ROI models and financial justifications for data investments.
- Design operating models, stewardship structures, and compliance controls for data governance.
- Build actionable, phased implementation roadmaps with organizational change management strategies.
- Conduct maturity assessments across strategy, architecture, and people, including AI/GenAI readiness.
- Collaborate with account teams to uncover growth opportunities and expand the engagement pipeline.
- Provide strategic guidance to engagement teams and perform technical evaluations for candidates.
