Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience in a production environment.
- Fluency in AMPscript for writing, debugging, and refactoring code.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and segmentation.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud data model, including Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and API sends.
- Experience supporting high-volume campaigns with sends in the millions.
- Strong HTML and CSS skills for email development.
- Experience with dynamic content and app push notifications.
- Proficiency in agile delivery processes using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile counts and validate campaign variants.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery across email and push using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Configure and validate custom journey activities and API-based integrations.
- Write and maintain AMPscript and SQL for personalization, segmentation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop safeguards to ensure communication accuracy and data integrity.
- Build dynamic, reusable templates from Figma designs.
- Create multi-brand content with support for localization, dark-mode, and cross-device coverage.
- Build audiences and segments using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Perform technical quality assurance, rendering checks, and user acceptance testing.
- Lead campaign execution, managing workback schedules and launch-day delivery checks.
- Monitor live journeys and perform root cause analysis for identified issues.
