Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure/cloud engineering roles.
- Production-level experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Expertise in Active Directory (user management, GPOs) and Entra ID (hybrid identity, Entra Connect).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python.
- Hands-on experience managing virtualization environments (Nutanix, VMWare, Citrix, Hyper-V).
- Strong focus on Virtual Desktop infrastructure such as VMWare Horizon, Azure AVD, or Citrix.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for MDM, app deployment, and patch management.
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems like Freshservice or ServiceNow.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience working asynchronously in a distributed, remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and contribute to infrastructure and cloud projects across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Assist with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) projects including setup, troubleshooting, and operations.
- Improve device management processes using Microsoft Intune for app deployment and patching.
- Produce documentation for infrastructure systems and deliver training to the IT support team.
- Implement AI-driven tools and automation, and support the deployment of AI-powered applications.
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Bicep or Terraform.
- Collaborate with the Security team on security policies and controls.
