Requirements
- 5+ years project management experience in software product development
- Extensive experience working in software product based companies
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of data security and privacy awareness
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and regulatory constraints
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle for fintech applications, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and compliance specialists
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations while managing stakeholder expectations
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations (PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, GDPR, KYC/AML) and security standards
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, risk registers, and status reports
- Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders including executives, product owners, and external partners
