Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure roles.
- Deep AWS expertise.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm.
- Solid production experience running Kubernetes.
- Experience designing distributed systems, including high-availability and event-driven architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to scope ambiguous technical projects and drive them to production.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Genuine security mindset.
- Bonus: Experience with media, video, storage infrastructure, ingest pipelines, or live streaming.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate AWS infrastructure across multiple regions using Kubernetes, Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm.
- Own high-availability architectures, petabyte-scale object storage, and Kafka-based event streaming.
- Drive infrastructure cost optimization and architect multi-cloud/Bring Your Own Storage solutions.
- Build internal platforms for local development, CI/CD pipelines, and self-service infrastructure provisioning.
- Set standards for infrastructure-as-code and conduct peer code reviews.
- Manage security patching, vulnerability analysis, and hardening to maintain SOC 2 compliance.
