Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML and CSS.
- Experience with frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, React, Vue.js, or NestJS.
- Deep understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Advanced level of English proficiency (C1).
- Understanding of DevOps principles and cloud-native approaches is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience coaching or mentoring other developers is a plus.
Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Advocate for efficient work processes and reduced waste within development workflows.
- Define and adopt software engineering best practices and departmental standards.
- Assess and mitigate security risks throughout the product design and development lifecycle.
- Monitor technology market trends to inform technical decisions and project strategies.
