Requirements
- Practical experience in delivering large-scale business solutions for corporate clients.
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot (Spring Data JPA, Hibernate).
- Experience with REST, Kafka, SQL, and AWS (S3, SQS, ALB).
- Familiarity with JSON/JSON-Schema, Security concepts, and API documentation (Swagger/REST Docs).
- Knowledge of Test Automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Web Components and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for process analysis and solution modeling.
- Proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate systems and implement new functionalities.
- Build internal and external API interfaces for HCM and payroll applications.
- Assess architecture and infrastructure for corporate API Marketplace.
- Participate in the development of core HR systems.
- Lead analytical meetings to understand business needs and create developer specifications.
- Test HR documentation solutions developed by the team.
- Collaborate with client-facing organizational teams.
