Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, business analytics, or revenue operations analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in relational databases like Snowflake, Redshift, or Oracle.
- Strong experience with ETL/ELT development and data pipeline management.
- Proven ability to build and structure complex, scalable data models.
- Experience with Looker (including LookML) and Domo for visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in a scripting or programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or Scala.
- Advanced capabilities in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and financial modeling.
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and analytical best practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into business recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Revenue Operations leadership to identify growth opportunities, churn risks, and operational bottlenecks.
- Convert complex business questions into analytical frameworks, models, and actionable recommendations.
- Query large-scale datasets using advanced SQL and develop robust data models.
- Contribute to ETL/ELT development and data pipeline management for scalable use.
- Maintain data integrity and reconcile discrepancies across the revenue technology stack.
- Design and maintain sophisticated executive dashboards using Looker and Domo.
- Provide data-backed recommendations on territory planning, quota setting, and marketing attribution.
- Present technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
