Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or equally relevant experience
- 4+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer or production artist
- Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud apps including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience working on a MAC platform
- Practical experience with marketing design concepts and brand standards
- Proven print production experience including CMYK/spot color, special effects, and substrates
- Experience managing Project Management Software
- Experience training individuals and groups on technical processes and software
- Portfolio is required
- Ability to work without supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as creative lead on high-tier print and digital design projects from concept to final delivery
- Mentor and provide design-specific education to production artists and partners through one-on-ones and presentations
- Design original artwork including ads, coupons, and POS promotions
- Produce hi-fidelity digital comps and layouts for responsive microsites
- Review and follow client brand standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with account and design teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions
- Apply pre-press modifications to artwork to meet production specs
