Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in data science, mathematics, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
- Strong expertise in statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and mathematical modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
- Experience with data engineering concepts.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data science and mathematics projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level team members.
- Design and implement advanced statistical, predictive, and machine learning models.
- Develop and refine mathematical models for simulation, optimization, and forecasting.
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of algorithms for data processing and analysis.
- Utilize programming languages and data visualization tools to create actionable insights.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing technical reports and presentations.
- Conduct research into emerging data science techniques and methodologies.
