Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of software test experience with test automation (web, mobile, database, or web services).
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, C#, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience in mobile and tablet application testing using Appium.
- Advanced understanding of open-source web frameworks such as Angular, Bootstrap, Node.js, and Express.
- Advanced understanding of web application testing tools such as Selenium, Jasmine, Protractor, Cucumber, or Cypress.
- Experience testing applications that integrate via RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of source control tools like Git or Subversion.
- Experience with test management tools such as qTest, ALM, or TFS.
- Experience with API testing frameworks such as Karate, Gatling, JMeter, or Postman.
- Experience in Agile software development methodology (Rally, Jira, TFS, or ServiceNow).
- Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.
- Strong critical thinking and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Software Test Engineers in automated testing efforts.
- Review product specifications to develop test strategies, plans, and architectures.
- Lead formal reviews of test plans and designs with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, debug, and maintain test automation for applications and services.
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks for end-to-end integration testing using JavaScript, C#, Java, or TypeScript.
- Track and prioritize defects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to plan, estimate, and execute testing.
